How will I receive my gift voucher?

Your gift voucher is delivered digitally by email once your order is completed. Nothing is posted.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your unique voucher code, which you can forward to the recipient or print at home if you prefer.

Most vouchers are delivered instantly, but please allow up to one hour for the email to arrive. If you can’t find it, check your spam/junk folder just in case.

How long is the voucher valid for?

All Miyagi Bonsai Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can redeem them at any time within this period.

How do I redeem the voucher?
